    I'm not sure it's because of the new miiverse update or the smash update, it's more likely the smash update as I can't email my screenshot. I'll try another game soon, in the meantime is anyone else suffering the same issue?

    I think I found the cause of it because it just happen again, it appears to happen whenever you upload a video to YouTube it disables you from posting screenshots to miiverse, I may have to do more testing when I'm free.
