    My guess here is that it was either Puppy In My Pocket: Adventures In Pocketville, or this. Either way, they are Italian. Technically, Winx is heard of in Japan, so I guess Nintendo Of Europe thought it was either appropriate for the app, or it's Italian anime, just like the movie with the rapping dog.
