Question

Can bamboo be planted next to a tree? If so, to make more do you have to chop it or do you have to buy more...? Sorry, in my old town i didn't use bamboo ;D

    The rules that apply to trees apply to bamboo too. Bamboo shoots appear near mature bamboo as diggable "stars" on the ground, one every three days. If you don't dig them up they will sprout into new bamboo plants. If you dig them up you can plant them where you want them or sell them (750 bells). Surround bamboo with flowers, shrubs or path tiles if starts to get invasive. Shoots need open ground.
