    - negative things is something to send you deeper into depression. You need to set goals to achieve and find past times to occupy the hours, but this does not mean sitting playing games and TV all day, excersise in any form will release those good feel endorfens the body needs. I don't your age Master Lee but i'm sure your a lot younger then myself. And i find life is full of challenges we must -

Find things to fullfil your day, Go for walks, get out meet people, if you lock yourself up it will only get worse, try to do this without medication, because if you suceed your be in control yourself.
