    I don't know, the main advantages of Metal Mario over the heavyweights are hitbox and Handling, it must be seen if they can compensate the lack of speed.

    And yeah, Mister Wu. There's a lot of stats to handle. Anyway, I prefer Villager combo, but it lacks in many things. But it feels pretty good. And the Mario Metal combo, it's quite good in all things, even speed (4.5), but the worst thing is acceleration, no doubt.

    The problem of heavyweights is mainly Handling, as heavyweights can still reach tier 3 Acceleration with more than 4.0 Speed. You can never maximize all stats, but not all stats are equally important. In 150cc tier 2 Acceleration and Handling around 3, maybe even a bit less than that, are fine.

    Yeah, I mainly was talking about 200cc. For 150cc speed combos are the best. And I tested one combo with 2.5 handling, and it's extrange because it feels good, although the low handling.

    There are tracks, like N64 Rainbow Road, where even combinations with low Handling are fine. I suggest you to try GBA Mario Circuit: there if your Handling is high enough and you take the right lines you don't need to brake at all, while combinations with 4 Handling are already forced to brakedrift.
