  Hiya, i'm the June guy who did the Megaman ditto's with you. What I was trying to say was that Megaman has a jab-lock at 80% that goes like this: Foward-thrown Metal blade, missed tech, lemon, lemon, lemon, Shoryuken. It's effective and flashy but it only works between 70-90%. Below and it doesn't have enough knock-back to lock them, above and you can't follow up since they fly to far.

  Follow Up: It also works above 90% but is extremely hard and precise and is just impossible beyond 113%. His Down and forward air can also lock at high percents if they miss the tech. Megaman is overall amazing at jab-locking since he can walk whilst doing so and even perform them in the air, so if your opponent misses the tech, just go for it!

  Thanks for your help, it was really cool of you to do that. It's been a while since I've used Megaman (I've been experimenting with Ike) so playing you was a good refresher. I went in training mode to test somebod the stuff you showed me and it worked really well. I think it will really help me get better with Megaman. Thanks again :)
