    Are you using the Wii U version or the 3DS version because when I'm playing Smash, they won't let me go to the Miiverse when paused on the HOME Menu.

    ^ Well, if you want the technical reason, the Nintendo 3DS/Nintendo 3DS XL/Nintendo 2DS can't post screenshots of this game to Miiverse due to those systems lacking the technical requirements to do so. The New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL (I posted the screenshot using the latter) meet these requirements though.
