Customer service 101 The customer is always right. Just because people use something in a way you don't want them to, does not mean they are using it wrong. Nintendo, it seems you're determined to stop people communicating and it's really annoying. Stop spam and personal attacks, but let people go off topic. Be reasonable, and remember that YOU HAVE COMPETITORS. Let people communicate.
