    Keep on playing until the lady from the exhibition hall visits & asks you to chose a new brand for the hall. Pick boho-chic to unlock the Soy brand if it is an option. Exact same thing happened to me so I just kept playing till I unlocked the brand. Good luck!

    It didn't take me long. I got lucky & she visited after about 20 mins. Have you visited the exhibition to check that you've greeted the latest brand to arrive that you asked Laurie to open.
