Just got Cia's Lv3 Weapon. Now everyone has their Lv3 Weapons including DLC Characters. Hint) That Stage was surprisingly underwhelming and easy. Got the A Rank on my first try. By the Way, Cia was Lv91 when i did this Stage. I hope that info helps.
