    for Equiped stuff, yes. For essential stuff no, but they appear in a specific list, so unless to be **** and go in the essential stuff menu and sell your item you won't sell them.

    informations > inventory > key objects (or essential objects I'm not sure about the english translation of the game). you can't sell essential objects. I just tried it.
