DS Games for 3DS eShop

wouldn't it be nice if DS games like Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Mario Kart DS etc. were available on the 3DS eShop and not just Wii U... don't you guys agree?

    Issues with data space would come up quickly. It's not a good idea since the memory wouldn't allow downloading many games. Hardware isn't good enough.

    I would like to have DS games on the 3DS eShop too. Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks in primis.

    The reason why there are no DS titkes on the 3DS eShop is because you can just buy a DS game card and insert it into your 3DS/2DS system and play it with the system's built in DS emulator.
