IS THIS GAME PAY TO WIN?! I was playing team battle with a Cloud user and he freakin KO'D the other team 11 times without himself KO'D.

    He might just be really good at playing Cloud, as long as he wasn't spamming limit. DLC characters are powerful I noticed but as long as you're good at playing your character you can beat any character.

    Ive only noticed him using limit once but he probably used it more than i noticed. What are the affects of limit and does it make a significant difference?

    It gives him a bunch of powerful kill moves and a better recovery. Also, it affects his mobility.
