    No, sorry. Unfortunately, there is no interaction between friends or Wifi. However, if you streetpass someone with N+C, their puppy will be able to play with your puppy at the park. (But not live!)

    N+C allows you and your pup to meet other owners through streetpass. Once you meet someone you and your pup can meet up at the park for about 2 weeks, then when you go for a walk, you'll see them.
