    I like the idea of pokemon bank but people use action replay on the other games and will just trasfer tons of shiny legendary pokemon onto the online battles.

    Pretty much. People just want to use legendary pokemon and they want to use overpowered pokemon onto the online battles because that is the only way for them to win.
