    Load up bank. Get Pokémile or Battle Point prize. Save. Exit. Load up Pokémon X/Y. Claim prize with link. Save. Exit. Load Pokémon bank. Celebi get.

    You have to use the poke bank twice, the first time they give you poke miles or BP and the second time they give you celebi, to get you must open the game and select ¨Pokemon Link¨ i think its below..
