level up other jobs so u can get immunity to stop and poison etc, use spiritmaster abilities stillness and fairy ward to block magic attacks.

Use Fire based attacks. Protect your team with Fairy Shield in the the first time, then use Adaptation in the second one. Don't forget the heals.
