    I normally get the magnet beam by using megaman with Elecmans power.

    Well you've got an additional way to obtain the Magnet Beam now! If you complete Guts Man's stage before Elec Man's, you'll get a smoother play through: having a couple of options is always good!

    I know the options. I still prefer to save Gutsman till last. With the magnet beam I can get through the moving platforms much easier and make sure I pick up the extra life.

    I also prefer to freeze the hammer enemies and kill them with firemans ability. I'll use bombs to kill Gutsman.

    None of that compensates having to go through Elec Man's stage twice, brrrrr... Besides, it's easier to hit Guts Man with the buster than with the bombs.
