    Apparently aload of users are gonna go round Miiverse randomly blocking people an posting inappropriately. Which is a bad way to 'get back' at admins for bein too strict! Iv heard them also mention something about freedom of speech on miiverse.

    @Billy: Make Miiverse a better place by making it a worse place. What sort of backwards logic is that? They'd be better off mounting a mass email campaign. Instead, the only message they'll get across is that Miiverse needs 'MORE' restrictions because of all the rule breakers. So silly.

    Outlawing abusive and hateful speech on Miiverse is fine by me, it's the false banning, 2min rule and restrictions on 'reporting' news that annoy me, as well as the lack of a PM function on the 3DS.

    The 3DS had a good PM system set up with Letterbox/Swapnote and nintendo went and shut it down... They also cancelled flipnote for the same reason, they dont want people trading friend codes online and then sending innapropriate images to eachother... which doesnt really make sense because to be someone's friend you have to agree to it... little kids arent going to be adding people online and ---

    I'm still confused about the "war" as well. I heard about it on the Smash community after the big "Hatty" epidemic. Speaking of which, I still don't know who that is or what they did either. I'm going to just avoid the Smash community until the game comes out. :I

    I agree with you Folkloner by inviting the wrath of the admins all that will happen will be a bunch of permanent bans, a load of new restrictions, plus I think Miiverse is great as it is. People just need to read the TOS carefully and follow it better.

    Though I also agree that a few other things are a bit unnecessary such as blocking a link to YouTube or some other site, blocking a potential sale such as a target, amazon, best buy sale (even though I get that it's advertising) they should allow for their own product advertising to go through, plus if someone is getting an extraordinary large amount of reports from 1 person they shouldn't be

    Banned. The person doing the reporting should be looked at to see if they are falsely reporting the person unnecessarily. The 2 minute rule can stay for now really because Nintendo said it was to help to avoid server overload. That or use it on high capacity days/hours.

    @Folkloner I tried to repost the YouTube vid and they blocked it again! I don't understand, I read the TOS and there's nothing that qualifies for the GV Dev YouTube to be blocked. The only thing remotely close enough would be the spoilers but that's an easy fix. So please understand and I apologize but folks will just have to wait until the game arrives summer 2015 to really understand the point
