This is literally the ONLY eShop game Australia gets. If you selected Australia as your home country, it's too late to change your location. You're stuck there permanently. (:-(

    Making a new account requires a new console if you mean changing from AUS to UK. I also think changing the country on the first one means deleting your eShop info. Should have got a PSVita instead, but I wouldn't, because it's too picky about the connection locks.
