    You have to win a grandprix with each character to get their own stamps

    I think it might be because of the DLC, now there will be new cups and characters, but that would be more than 4 stamps.

    Its not, ive got 90/90. If youve defo done all the staff ghosts thats the only thing it can be. all the character ones have the same pose, count how many youve got
