U have to go to the two-eye reef and find the seagulls that are circling there and kill the big octo thats there and a fairy will give u more magic power. :)

There is a hole on the cliff behind Links house on Outset which u need to have the hoockshot to get up to and the power bracelets to lift the rock thats blocking the hole when u go down the hole u then have to go through i think its about 50 floors of battles and u will get to it on the final floor. :)
