Current strategy: Abuse the Giant's Draft first, then set up elemental weaknesses on bosses. Once that's done, -ja Genomes are Fairy's Aided for big damage, refilling MP with Half-Elixir or Dry Ether.

Giant's draft is so much better than Spiritmaster's max HP ability. I wish I'd had my Salve-maker in the final boss fights >-<

I'm a novice here but currently got Tiz (Pirate/Templar), Edea (Swordmaster/Valkyrie), Agnes (Balck/White mage, Ringabel (Dark Knight/Ranger)....any tips?

The primary use of Giant's Draft on my team, in truth, was the Phoenix Strike strategy I used against single-target bosses - to maximize damage with each attack.

Swordsmaster is one of the best things for high MP cost. Max out both it and the Pirate for free Amped Strike! Also, if you want to use Summoning, Arcanists are faster but Conjurers have more MP.

You could use something within the realms of a spiritmaster with your white mage too. I've personally got more out of my spiritmaster than any other job.

It's worth maxing out the Templar for its Support Abilities, granting Critical Hit manipulation, and Rampart can cheese out the Keystone Guardians so hard, it's not even funny.

Depending on your setup, you may want to consider the Monk or Freelancer for your Dark Knight. I'll explain the strategies to you if you want, perhaps in my Activity Feed or yours if you wish.

One more thing: Max out a Conjurer to the point where you get Obliterate. It'll help your grinding when you get to Level 80 in those chapters, but keep a backup 1-Turn Victor strategy in case.

There are plenty of cheesy strategies for those guys. I'm sure at a high enough level with high speed, you could simply use dispel after every eye.

All I did was abuse Hasten World Hero Mimic (where they use the eye and breath attack together), set it up so Rampart is restored at the end of the turn, and did Phoenix Strike for damage. Easy!
