    Just next to one of the roads there's a bit made of bones, drive up this and look left.

    the easiest way is to go down the anti-gravity section.. hit as many anti-gravity boosts as possible (you need to come off the ramp at a good speed) also hit the ramp as far right as possible (the ramps on an angle and the right is higher so you can go further) hope it helps

    I still couldn't get up there consistently, so I downloaded the world rank 1 ghost and noticed he just flew to the lower track anyway. I copied this and beat the staff ghost. Got my gold wheels!
