    Check for Mammon Nemeses that has stealable Elixir. If it's there protect it then brave4 on a thief and steal with rob blind support ability and run with the rest. If it works you'll steal 2 Elixirs worth 25k Pg per run. Rinse, repeat and you'll get about 1 Mil Pg in no time.
