    Yes! Yes! The worlds, and the music is EXATLY the same, only the backgrounds had a change. And there are 4 new worlds after that. 2 new ways to play, achievements, and more... 2 new kind of shape after the 3-block-break, and the time-break shape and a new kind of moving platform.(after the swimming on water platform) So looks like, this game is totaly the duplicated version of that.
