if u have a spirit master and use fairy ward the fight becomes alot easier plus fire magic and bug slayer hunting skill works well =)

Maybe get rid of the white/black mage and use a spiritmaster/white mage. Maybe sub salve maker on the freelancer and compound giant's draft on everybody so you can survive her attacks. Perhaps sub spell fencer on the monk so you can target her fire weakness?
