埋まってるピクミンの近くにピクミンor操作してるリーダーを置いておき、リアルタイムで2分経つと蕾に、そこからさらにリアルタイムで2分経つと花になります。なので、1日待たなくても大丈夫です。(但し、近くにピクミンor操作リーダーが1匹[人]でもいないと不可能です。)
