Easiest is Argorock. Any attack it uses makes it tail glow to pull with the Hookshot. Hardest would be either The Imprissioned, as it always has a ton of health and loves to waste your time. Or Manhandala, as its seed barage can instantly take away your A-Rank victory if it sneaks up on you.
