VSYNC was supported since Japanese First Petit Computer.And WAIT was supported since Japanese First Petit Computer mk2(Same to English Petit Computer) Now if you excute many times waiting by same commands,VSYNC has rest one time but WIAT has rests many times. If you are beginner,you have to use WAIT only and without VSYNC.
