For me, Dodongo is the easiest to defeat because you can reduce its health with any attacks even if they don't open its mouth for me to throw bombs. Bombs are the default item too so no need to switch to a different one. :D I agree Argorok can be easy to defeat as well but when it has taken too much damage, they just bombard you with huge fireballs without showing its blue tail, making timed...
