It is a silver cylindrical vehicle used by Time Lords that is able to cloak itself. The cloaking device allows it to blend in with its surroundings as an object of the era. The TARDIS used in the TV series was stolen and it was always a faulty TARDIS. One day the cloaking device malfunctioned and it is stuck as a blue police box.
