Hi Clint. I originally downloaded the WiiU version of DeusEx from the eShop, played it for a while and then got the disc version later. I deleted the digital version while keeping the save files, and the disc copy did pick them up, allowing me to continue. Would probably work the other way around too, but I would test first, plus maybe check some forums too...
