On my first 3DS I couldn't get on for two weeks I was falsely banned for two weeks.After it broke, I got a new one and I couldn't get on because it was under maintenance.Maybe the reason we can't go on miiverse is because something's up.What was the first thing you saw while trying to get on your 3DS Miiverse. If it's the internet connection, try another test.
