Original characters and fan characters can be made up character,but f.c more like fan. Ex. I'm a sonic fan one of my o.c is Machine something is like an Evil robot that looks similar to tails except his eyes red and black can use electricity. They both characters have personalities you put for them and powers or whatever traits. Ex. my other o.c Amy bright act likes a cat sometimes.
