I disagree. After RoTJ Luke did some crazy things. He battled a reborn Emperor who could open worm holes, Learned various strange force abilities like Force lightning, fold space (Teleportation.) and much more. He was so fast it seemed like he was wielding twenty lightsabers, and sometimes couldn't be seen. He'd manipulated black holes, and rebuild a fortress with Telekensis as well.
