The option to explain your case with a Miiverse message or larger when Nintendo says you violated the Code of Conduct rather than just giving an "I understand" or a "I did not violate the Miiverse Code of Conduct". Also there should be repercussions for false reporting and an apology from an Admin for the misunderstanding. Lastly, add a "Friend Request" feature to 3DS since the Wii U has one.
