if it gets a regular evolution give it Dragon Dance, Quiver Dance, Dragon Rush, Moonblast, Bug Buzz, Earthquake, Earth Power, and Hyper Voice imo stats-wise, decent boosts to every area but a huge boost to Speed since that's what it's currently lacking in abilities-wise keep Serene Grace and Rattled but replace Run Away
