I appreciate the advice, but my parents know I stay up really late all the time. And they know if I wake up in the middle of the night, I'd just go back to sleep. After almost 19 years, they know my sleep habits. I need a reason for why I stayed up all night and will most likely sleep through the entire morning. So I'll probably just tell them it's stress related.
