you can actually data probe each world's entirety (save a few lvl five and sky high places). It'll get you at least over 15% or whatever the min requirement that you are trying to achieve to progress a mission. That's what i did before chapter 4. just avoid enemy fights (the game will get you up to level requirement eventually).
