@Pharis: Either add gravity resist augments to your Skell's armor, or just use a Lailah Q. It's Overdrive practically makes it immortal. Anyhoo, if you're interested in sniper builds, there's a guy named BETO that could help you with that, since he uses one himself. I prefer the assault rifle.
