Those things are pretty tough. Try training against star cinnicula in Noctilum with treasure sensor trait gear from the shop for some nice presents for your skell, there are also small cinnicula in the lake Janpath area. Aim for the horn to unlock their weak spot. Also, walk all over the little robot men at the first Prone base. No fighting. Just step on them and repeat until defeated. GL!
