Nagi's and Celica's lv50 affinity missions unlock them, and they are a blessing. But, your previous objections are still solved with ghost walker and overdrive. And, at your point in the build: I would greatly suggect 2 max tp up XX augs, and waiting until you have all of the necessary skills and test out the build then before you pass any judgement. GL!
