....its in the center map of Oblivia. Umm...there is a blade camp near which 1 of the npcs in the camp tells u "we r in the center of Oblivia" or "where we r now can b considered the center of Oblivia." From that camp, u head south, u will c a lake & the BIG RING u can go on. if u do it correctly, just as u go up the RING, the game stops to load u a mini cut scene with Mia. How i did this...
