A little tip: he delays a bit before his first attack, which actually gives you time to do both tornado blade and true stream edge. Then you're able to use ghostwalker just before his first attack would hit you. So you could open with Offensive stance, auto-attack him, activate overdrive, and do what I mentioned above.
