Well, there really isn't a whole lot to change on a male avatar, other than perhaps muscle tone? Besides, it's in the original japanese version, but removed for western players. It's not a huge impact on the game, but I still think having us pay the same price for less content is kinda wrong (*cough*fireembelm*cough*).
