You have already done the middle one but what it wanted you to do was find a specific location in Oblivia. As for the third, this will be the longest and hardest part of the mission depending on how lucky you are. In Cauldros, in the areas of FN sites 514 and 515, you must chance out at finding six rare blue collectables. But be warned, I have yet to do so; Im not all that lucky.
