For the left Q-Team part you need to just wait until the timer runs out. For the right one you most likely don't have the answer yet, so inputting it will just spoil yourself. And true, you also need the passwords for the Force Quit Boxes, but I think you don't have them either yet. You will get them when you solved almost every other thing.
