Also, here's a great tip: If you play the Song of Time backwards (R, L, Y, R, L, Y), you can slow down time. This gives you twice as much time — two real-life hours — to achieve some sort of progress, whether that's finding a key item like the bow (which you keep when you go back in time) or activating an owl statue (which allows you to warp). Item by item, statue by statue, you make progress. :-)
