You can either wait with time unslowed or forward it to around 7pm and Sakon will already be opening the door. Keep in mind that if you choose to wait, try and not move from beside Kafei, or Sakon will leave and you'll have to start over from The First Day. You then play between Link and Kafei when in the hideout, but the puzzles are simple.
